Parkdale Church of Christ - seeking God, learning to live
the Gospel together

These events are free (unless otherwise indicated) and open to all,
whether a member of a church or not.
If you have children up to 6 years old, the playgroups are open to
you! Meeting in the Church Hall on Mondays and Fridays during school term time from 10:30am to 12:30pm,
these are
registered playgroups and so require a small membership fee once you
decide to join - but you are welcome to drop in and see what happens
before making a commitment.
Meeting in the hall on Wednesdays 10.30am—3pm, the Friendship
Centre is free and open to all ages. Participate in board games and activities,
have lunch, chat with others over a cuppa in our Conversation Corner, or learn
about computers in the afternoons. If you would like to make new
friends, and prefer to come out during the day, please join us! Contact
Debbie via the church office for more information.
If you would like to meet new friends, or need a reason to get away
from the TV on a Wednesday evening, you are invited to drop in and
join us 'Around Arthur's Table' between 6.30pm and 8pm. Various
optional activities such as computer, Internet and table tennis are
available. A free light meal is
also available. Contact Gwenda or Steve via the church office
for more information.
The church hall is named in memory of Arthur Scott, who served the
Church for many years as Board Secretary, and this group which meets
in the hall gets its name from him too.
An informal get together over refreshments and a cup of coffee or tea from 10.00am—12.00
midday on Thursdays, open to men and women of all ages, and dogs! Just drop in
and make yourself at home. Contact Gwenda via the church office for
more information.
